​The kickoff meeting, held at RINA-CSM, aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the project's objectives, outlining key goals, internal management protocols, and cost claiming procedures. Additionally, the meeting served as a platform for the initial discussions on work package activities and responsibilities, with a particular focus on the tasks scheduled for completion within the first six months. As part of the kickoff activities, participants also visited the RINA test site, where full-scale testing with hydrogen (H₂) is set to take place.​​​
